This site is owned and operated by QuickPlay Media Inc. (“QuickPlay”). QuickPlay has created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy as a user of the MF Site and providing you with the best MF Site experience. Your adherence to the terms of this Privacy Statement is a condition of your acceptance of the Monster Federation User Agreement (“MFUA”). If after reviewing this Privacy Statement and you determine that you cannot adhere to it, or you violate the Privacy Statement and any amendments to it issued from time to time, your license to use the MF Site will automatically terminate in accordance with the terms of the MFUA. Information that needs to be collected in order for you to use the MF Site. There are two kinds of information web sites can obtain about you: "Anonymous Information" and "Personally Identifiable Information". "Anonymous Information" is aggregate data that web sites use to administer their sites. For example, an IP address is unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Sites. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your shopping cart. Our Sites also use cookies to make sure you do not see the same advertisements repeatedly and perhaps in the future track the necessary information so that you may be able to purchase items available from the MF Site. Chat and Messaging Boards The MF Site may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or newsgroups available to users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Also, please note the following: 1.There are no moderators for any chat rooms, forums, messaging boards, etc… within the MF Site offered by QuickPlay and such areas are being strictly left to the users of the MF Site and the Monster Federation game to govern themselves. Play Fair. 2.You may from time to time communicate with QuickPlay on how to make the MF Site and the Monster Federation a better game, a better experience or even to be developed in a whole new genre of media. Any information, including without limitation, ideas, concepts, etc… that you provide to us will become the property of QuickPlay, so that we can use to make the MF Site and the Monster Federation game a better experience and even use to take the Monster Federation to other genres and media. To the extent that it is applicable under any legal system, by your submission you assign all rights to such communications to QuickPlay and explicitly waive any moral rights related to those communications. 3.At any time, QuickPlay may appoint a moderator or from time to time remove any content from any communication area that QuickPlay deems inappropriate, as it may determine at its own discretion, for the MF Site. Security of information communicated by or to us over the Internet is of utmost concern to us; however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
